The New Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275 has a 7.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display. The tablet is powered by the Quad-core 1.5 GHz processor and will run on the Android v4.0 OS (ICS).5 Mega Pixel rear camera with LED flash and front 2 Mega Pixel camera. Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275 also support Adobe flash and is available in Black/Silver color.and 1 GB RAM.Internal Memory 16/32 GB. The Toshiba Excite 7.7 will launch in June with a 16 GB version for Toshiba Excite 7.7499.99 and 32 GB version for Toshiba Excite 7.7579.99. The Excite 13 will also launch in June with a 32 GB version for Toshiba Excite 7.7649.99 and 64 GB version for Toshiba Excite 7.7749.99.
