Displacing all rumours, the new iPhone is here. Apple has officially launched the new iPhone at the ongoing Apple event. And yes, it’s indeed called the iPhone 5, not the ‘New iPhone’, ‘iPhone Ultimate’ or any of that crap. Made entirely out of aluminium and glass, it weighs a mere 112 gm and is 20 percent lighter than the iPhone 4S, and is the thinnest iPhone yet at 7.6 mm thick. Armed with a 4-inch, 326 ppi retina screen at a resolution of 1136 x 640 pixels, it’s the same width, but taller. Apple has chosen to debut iOS6 with the iPhone 5 and the new OS includes Apple’s own Maps app, an updated version of Siri and lots more. Overall, the new iPhone has been upgraded in almost all respects.

Mobiles: HTC One ST

It is no secret to anybody that HTC has been going through a rough period in the last year or so thanks to likes of Apple and even more thanks to its main competitor, Samsung. While we are eagerly waiting for HTC to unleash its new portfolio in the next major even only a week from now, it seems like the Taiwanese manufacturer has been rather sloppy with keeping secrets. For now, the only leak is the HTC One ST, which does seem like a rather strange device.

HTC One ST Features And Specifications:
HTC One ST is a dual-SIM smartphone intended for the China Mobile network. It packs a 4.3-inch WVGA display and runs on a 1GHz dual-core processor. The rest of the known specs include a 9.25mm thin profile and 115g of weight. Beats Audio enhancement is also on board.The One ST is supposed to run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich skinned with HTC Sense 4.0 UI. here is an NY HTC event coming up on September 19, but we guess this fella will be a topic of another announcement. But looking at all these official pictures, it shouldn’t take long for it to break cover.

Mobiles: HTC One SC

From the front HTC’s One SC looks right at home alongside the company’s One series of Android 4.0 smartphones launched earlier this year, but flip it over and it’s a whole other story. The SC has a unique segmented design dominated by an HTC logo set into a ridged pattern, with a separate metallic section housing the camera and flash.

HTC has added another new smartphone to their One range, although this one is headed to China only, the HTC One SC, which comes with a 4.3 inch WVGA touchscreen display and a dual core 1GHz processor. The HTC One SC will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and HTC Sense 4, ot features 4GB of built in storage and an 8.85mm thick body, there is also 1GB of RAM and a 5 megapixel camera. Inside, however, the phone is pretty run of the mill, with a 1Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and a 5-megapixel camera. The asymmetrical design is nothing if not eye-catching, but for now the phone is only set to see release in China. Next to the Japan-only HTC J, we’d say it’s a toss-up as to which country got the better deal.

Mobiles: HTC One SU

The HTC One SU is the first smartphone to appear (top image) and has a rather odd design. I like the large HTC letters across the back but that’s all the praise I’ll be giving. It rocks a 4.3-inch WVGA (480 x 800) display, a 1 GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, 4GB internal storage, micro-SD, 5 megapixel camera and only Android 4.0 ICS. Pretty mid-range at best.

Mobiles: Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Dual SIM

 Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 2 at IFA, which is expected to arrive in UK in mid-October. Now, Galaxy Note 2 with Dual SIM support and Dual Standby has surfaced in China for the operator China Unicom. This phone would come with a normal SIM slot and a micro SIM slot, other than the microSD card slot.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Dual SIM Features And Specifications:

Specifications on the Galaxy Note 2 include a quad-core 1.6 GHz processor, 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal memory, Android 4.1, JellyBean, and 2GB RAM. Both lists seem to be pretty close, so there is a good chance that Sprint could be testing its very own version of the device at this time. The Samsung Galaxy Note II with dual SIM’s might be available only in China. It is said that the model will be a CDMA+GSM one.

HTC 8S Price Is Around Rs. 25,000/-

HTC just revealed its family of Windows Phone 8 devices and HTC says the mid-range 8S model is aimed squarely at the general consumer. But it’s missing a lot of features. Apparently the general consumer wants last year’s phone repackaged and sold as new. The 8S is a large step down from HTC’s 8X hero device (and Nokia’s new handsets) and depending on the price, could have a hard time gaining sales. Hell, I’m not sure carriers could even give away this phone for free.

Mobiles: Motorola RAZR i

Motorola Mobility, in partnership with Intel Corporation, has introduced the smartphone with an edge-to-edge display, Motorola Razr i. According to an official statement, Razr i is the first smartphone that can achieve speeds of 2GHz, with an Intel Atom processor. Jump from a game to a text and over to a playlist, then off to browse the Web – all without stopping and on a long-lasting battery, which the company claims is 40 percent more powerful than the competition.

In summary, there’s decently bright, if a little jaggy, 4.3-inch AMOLED screen, with a water resistant coating covering the already hardy Kevlar backing. There’s space for microSD expansion, and thanks to that tiny bezel, it’s a phone that very happily resided in the palm of our hand. Some Intel assistance has added a new 10-frame burst mode, and also sped up the boot-time of the camera app itself, not forgetting that this RAZR model has a dedicated camera button on the side. We’re booting up our benchmark toolkit to assess how Intel’s processor fares, but until the final scores are revealed, take a look at our hands-on video after the break. Motorola and Intel’s brainchild will be launching with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, with an upgrade to Jelly Bean coming sometime down the road. As we mentioned in our review of Orange’s Medfield-based San Diego, app compatibility on Intel’s x86 architecture isn’t a cause for major concern, but there are still a few wrinkles that potential buyers should be aware of.

Mobiles: Samsung Galaxy S IV

The dust has not yet settled on the launch of the Galaxy S III, and it appears that the successor to the handset has already been issued its release date. According to a report by Korea Times, an unnamed official from Samsung has spoken to them and stated that the brand will unveil its next generation flagship smartphone at the 2013 Mobile World Congress event to be held in Barcelona.

Samsung Galaxy S IV Features And Specifications:
The Galaxy S IV will reportedly feature a 5-inch screen, a slight increase from the S III’s 4.8-inch display and a larger increase from the S II’s 4.3-inch display. By comparison, the iPhone 5 screen is only 4 inches. Further details have yet to be released, but we’ll learn all the details when the device is unveiled in five months. As for the other stuff, like what’s under the hood, The Korea Times suggets there’s a quad core processor with LTE in there. At this point, we know that’s subject to change.

There is nothing wrong if we say that each and every week we all come across some or the other gadget revealed belonging from a specific series or category. Be it the Apple which brings up hardly one Phone in every 12 months, but the tactic which has doled out well in their case is the matter in case of gifting its customers a collection of devices. Let it be the ‘You’ and for you money is not a hurdle then you will just buy the latest iPhone in the market but if you are desiring for a midrange iPhone then you will get the last year’s model.

Samsung Galaxy S II Plus Features And Specifications:

Details have been revealed of a new Nokia Lumia smartphone which is headed to China, the Nokia Lumia 510, which will come with Windows Phone 7.8, and the device is designed to be an entry level Windows Phone smartphone. The Nokia Lumia 510 is expected to come with a 4 inch LCD display and will features an 800MHz processor and 512MB of RAM, plus a 5 megapixel camera...
