Sony is planning to launch a high-end smartphone in the 

International market called Sony Xperia Sola. Recently, the 

company has applied for a trademark on “Xperia Sola” 

name in the United States Patent and Trademark office. So, it 

is expected to be announced soon by Sony. Sony Xperia Sola 

will sport a HD touchscreen display and it runs on Android 

Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It will be equipped 

with high resolution front and rear cameras. Unfortunately 

no details on availability or pricing have been unveiled as
